No tricks, just treats!
Don’t pack away those costumes and spooky pajamas yet! Squeeze in one more night of Halloween fun, and treat your little one to a party designed just for them and their favorite stuffed animal friend.
Activities include:
- Bowling with mini pumpkins
- Investigate how mama bats find their babies in the dark
- Whip up a batch of spooky slime
- Stargazing in the planetarium
- Open exploration of MSC’s exhibits at night
This event is designed for children ages 8 and under, but older siblings are welcome to join in on the fun! This is not a drop off event, all children must have a paid adult in their party.
What to expect:
Check-in: Please arrive at 5:30pm on Friday, November 1 to begin your Teddy Bear adventure! Bringing along a stuffed animal and wearing your favorite pair of cozy pajamas or Halloween costume is highly encouraged.
Special Activities: Explore a selection of MSC’s exhibits, including the Kids Room, and drop by special activity stations from 5:30 – 8:00pm. Special treats—like stickers and pencils, will be handed out at the activity stations.
Snack: A light snack will be provided around 7:00pm.
Planetarium Show: Pop into the planetarium for some stargazing at 8:00pm.
Departure: Say nighty-night to the dinosaurs and head out by 8:30pm.
Additional Info:
- Tickets (for adults and children) should be purchased in advance. If the event is not sold out, a limited number of tickets will be available for purchase at the door until event capacity is reached. A $2 convenience fee will be added to any tickets sold at the door.
- Unattended parking is available on the Maryland Science Center employee lot on first come, first served basis. Click here for additional nearby parking options.
- A light evening snack will be provided at 7:00pm. You are welcome to bring additional food and snacks which can be consumed in the cafe.
- Candy will not be given out at this event.
